Deze studentenkamer ligt aan de achterzijde van een studentenhuis met 9 studentenkamers, bij de tuin. De studentenkamer is voorzien van een bureel, internetaansluiting, kasten, een zetel, een bed, een kitchenette, een houten rek, een tafeltje, een lavabo met koud en warm water en en eigen douche en toilet. Er is een fietsenstalling voor studenten en bezoekers. Er is centrale verwarming. Er zijn nog twee toiletten en twee douches in het studentenhuis zelf. In de gemeenschappelijke keuken staat een microgolf, kookvuur met oven, tafels en stoelen. De gemeenschappelijke delen worden wekelijks onderhouden. De gesorteerde vuilniszakken worden wekelijks door de kotbaas verwijderd. Toiletpapier wordt voorzien. De gemeenschappelijke tuin biedt mogelijkheid tot ontspanning aan alle kotbewoners. Het kotreglement garandeert een gezellige sfeer onder de medestudenten. Het studentenhuis is gelegen in het centrum van Heverlee. Vlakbij vind je onder meer: het station van Heverlee, de bushalte, een bakkerij, een slager, cafés, een frietkot, restaurants, banken, een apotheek. Op wandelafstand zijn er onder meer: supermarkten, een dokterspraktijk, een postkantoor. Er wordt enkel aan studenten verhuurd. Het is niet mogelijk om uw domicilie hier te plaatsen. Studentencontract van de Huisvestingsdienst KU Leuven en verzekering. There is a bike rack for students and visitors. There is central heating. There are two toilets and two showers for 9 students. In the shared kitchen, there is a microwave, refrigerator, cooking fire with oven, tables and shares. The communal areas are cleaned weekly. The garbage bags are being removed weekly. Toilet paper is provided. The communal garden offers the opportunity to relax to all students. The house rules ensure a pleasant atmosphere among the students. The student house is located in the center of Heverlee. At your doorstep you will find among other things: the Heverlee train station, the bus stop, a bakery, a butcher, bars, a Belgian fries place, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy. At walking distance there are among other things: supermarkets, a doctor’s practice, a postal office. The rooms are only rented out to students. It is not possible to put your domicile here. Student contract by KU Leuven’s Housing Service and insurance.
