Girls-only-house. For adolescent students in the age-range of appox 22 -26 years young. The house is situated close near the station of Leuven, at approx 5 min of walking , and at the same time in a very quiet green neighborhood. Apart from the room itself, the places are shared for max 4 students: bathroom, 2nd douche, 2nd toilet, kitchen ( dishwasher :-) ), dinning-room, living room, and laundry-corner. Bikes are stalled outside, safe within the fence. Above the monthly rent, a fair-use solidarity contribution in the fixed costs has to be advanced yearly for the use of water, electricity and heating The use of internet, the fire insurance and the taxes on 2nd home are included in the rent (if you hand over your school enrollment certificate).
