Large room for rent, fully equipped – Berchem Sainte Agathe. For a student. Non-smoking house. No official residence registration possible. Rent of 530 euros per month + 120 euros fixed charges (water, gas, electricity, internet, weekly cleaning of common areas, boiler and water softener maintenance + salt). Two months' rental deposit (1060 euros), two months’ advance payment for charges (240 euros), and a 12-month contract. Available from September 1, 2026. Tenant insurance (theft, fire, water damage, etc.) is mandatory. Public transport at the end of the street: tram 19, bus 20 and 87, providing access to the metro. Berchem and Dilbeek train stations nearby for easy and quick access to the city center. The current students in the house attend the Erasme campuses (ULB + HELB), Brugmann (HELB Ilia Prigogine), or institutions in the center of Brussels. Also Ecole De Vinci and the Solbosch campus at ULB. It is a spacious and bright room on the second floor of a house in a quiet neighborhood. The fully equipped kitchen, shower room, WC, and laundry are shared with other students. Everything is clean and in good condition. Quiet, green area, with a wood and countryside close by. Lively town. Large shopping complex (Lidl, Carrefour, Delhaize...) + smaller (BioPlanet) and many local shops close by. Organic produce box. Gyms. Dilbeek thermal baths. The house is home to the landlady, her 24-year-old son, other students... a cat and a young puppy. Atmosphere is both studious and festive, depending on the moment. "Kot" meals, board game nights... it’s up to you to invent the life that suits you/us, with respect for everyone. Garden access. No parking available. Bicycle space in a garage near the house.
