iKot.be uses a credit system. You need credits to be able to respond to all rooms (listings). You can respond free of charge to the rooms in the spotlight.

With 10 credits you can reply 10 times
25 Credits
With 25 credits you can reply 25 times
50 Credits
With 50 credits you can reply 50 times

As a landlord you can use iKot.be for free. Do you want to rent faster? Then upgrade your ad with a Spotlight. This allows all members, paying or not, to respond to your ad for free.
