I am looking for someone to take over my rental contract with Urban Yeti. My rental contract runs from September 1, 2026, until August 31, 2027. The key handover and the move-in inspection are scheduled for September 5, 2026. After this date, we can arrange an agreement for the transfer of the rental contract. For more information about the building, the shared spaces, and other facilities, please consult the Urban Yeti website. Urban YETI is a brand new student residence with 141 student rooms in the largest student city in Belgium, Brussels. Only a 3-minute walk from the VUB Health Campus & the Erasmushogeschool. The student rooms are fully finished and furnished. Private bathroom, a refrigerator, bed, desk and closet, curtains, and lighting... it’s all provided! There is even a concierge to keep things running smoothly and to act as the main point of contact for students. Want to cook, study, or chill together?
