Our answer:
If you have paid with Bancontact or iDEAL and the money is withdrawn from your account, you can take these actions:
- Log on and go to
Transactions
- Click on the
verify buttons right after your transaction.
In case of Paypal in take up to 10 minuten before your payment has been received. Contact us after 10 minutes, if the credits haven't been added to your account.
In all other cases you can contact us, please mail us the following details:
- date & time of your payment attempt
- payment method
- the error message
