I have upstairs bedrooms available and am looking for a friendly female housemate to share the house with. About the rooms and the house: * The upper floor has two bedrooms available: one standard room and one large room. We can discuss which room suits you best. * I live here alone with my 3 American Bullies. * Important to know: the dogs always stay downstairs. So upstairs you have peace and your own space, but of course, you must be a big dog lover for downstairs! What I’m looking for: * A female housemate (no men). * Someone who is tidy, respects each other's privacy, and gets along well with dogs. Practical matters: * Registration at the address (domicile) is possible after consultation. Please note that this will incur additional municipal costs/charges. * We’ll discuss the exact rent price and the division of these extra costs in advance, to make sure it’s fair for both of us.
