Cozy room for rent in a warm and dog-friendly house! 🐾 Are you a reliable, tidy woman looking for a nice place to live in Belgium? I have bedrooms available upstairs and am looking for a friendly female housemate to share the house with. About the rooms and the house: * The upper floor has two bedrooms available: one regular room and one large room. We can discuss which room suits you best. * I live here alone with my 3 American Bullies. * Important to know: the dogs always stay downstairs. So upstairs you will have your peace and your own space, but of course downstairs you need to be a big dog lover! What I am looking for: * A female housemate (no men). * Someone who is tidy, respects each other’s privacy, and gets along well with dogs. Practical matters: * Registration (official address registration) is possible upon agreement. Please note that this will incur extra municipal costs/fees. * The exact rent and the sharing of these additional costs will be discussed thoroughly in advance so that it is fair for both of us.
