[Indisponible dans la langue choisie] It is a 10 minute bikeride away from the new AP-campus. It is an old inn completely renovated in 2014 (new electricity, showers, internet etc). It still has the athmospere of a studenthouse with a common kitchen, common terrace but your own private room and private shower. The room is located on the second floor, which means that you won't be bothered by noise of people residing above you. The room has a private shower, just three steps away down the hall. You share the toilet with just one person, your nextdoor neighbour. The room is 15.3 m² large, not counting the separate shower and toilet (good for another 2.4m²). Furniture is included, also matrass and duvet are there for you to use. The room is a non-smoking room (as the whole house is) and it does not have carpet. The room has a rooftop window, with isolating glass and a curtain that both darkens the room as well as isolates it. On the ground floor is the commonly used kitchen with all facilities. You share this with the other 17 students. There is a cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge ... available to your use. There is also a small garden/terrace on the ground floor so you can sit outside if you want to. We have a room to store bikes. The common areas are cleaned by someone appointed by us, you don't have to do this yourself. This person also keeps an eye on how things are running at the house. In case of problems you can always contact this person. Costs for the room are 330 euro per month + an additional 75 euro for costs of internet, water, electricity. Water, heating and electricity are measured so you only pay the amount you use yourself. When you leave you get the difference (if there is any) paid back from us. You pay by month with a deposit of 2 months. If nothing in the room is damaged you also get that deposit back at the end of your term. Contract is given for 12 months.
