To chill after a day in the city, you have this private apartment of 35 m2 with all utilities. You may cook your own meal if you'de like to. There is a dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a chair to relax. After a nice day you can rest in a double bed where are darkening curtains. You have the bathroom for your own usage only: with sink, toilet and shower. You pay for the energy you use yourself (water, gas, electricity), because there are separate meters. I hope you have a nice stay in our beautiful city. The kitchen has utilities so you are able to cook a meal, to drink a the or coffee, … Fire safety: fire door, smoke detector, fire extinguisher. Only for you. Yes, the whole apartment. When you have questions before of during your stay, feel free to ask. Once having made a reservation, you may always contact me. You are near touristic attractions such as: the marina (Eilandje), quays (de Kaaien), MAS, Oude Markt, Red Star Line Museum, Ballet Van Vlaanderen. Also near student places such as: the art academy, Artesis, Ufsia, Karel de Grote Hogeschool. We love to keep this house for quiet people. So please do not party in this apartment. There are plenty of possibilities for that in the city itself. This is a none smokers apartment which permits no pets.
