At 60 m you will find the park Hof Van Leysen and the cosy café Kamiel where there is also a ‘VELO-STATION’ for lending bikes. Located right opposite KDG School Of Arts - Sint Lucas Antwerp. There are 2 student rooms in this house. ROOM 1 BOA This room is for 1 person. This student room is 22 m2 and has 2 large windows at the front (equipped with blackout curtains). The total area is 22 m² with a ceiling height of 4m. The floors are in old-fashioned planché, there is double glazing everywhere and central heating. The 2 high windows provide the room with lots of light. The room is fully furnished. A bed (incl new mattress, mattress protector and pillow) desk, high double wardrobe and large bookcase are available. There is also a private sink in the room with a handy little shelf above it to put your personal toiletries. There is an armchair at the window for relaxing. There is also your own Nespresso coffee machine to wake up in peace. In a room next to you there is a rowing machine that you can use (shared). On the floor above is a shared bathroom with shower, extra washbasin and hanging toilet. You also share the kitchen, which has everything you need incl crockery and utensils. There is also a shared dining area. Both the rooms and the common areas were renovated and finished in 2024. Renewed decent WIFI installation throughout the house. Photos of the other room and communal areas will follow by mid-September. These rooms are still being renovated.
