Bedroom + office + dining area and private bathroom for a student

My 23-year-old daughter (a psychology student at ULB) and I live in a 180m² triplex with 2 bathrooms and 2 cats. We are offering a room of about 20m² in our house located in the beautiful municipality of Watermael-Boitsfort, Place Keym, close to the Watermael-Boitsfort and Boondael train stations, as well as a tram line and several bus lines (17/41/95), plus metro line 5 nearby. We are right next to the municipalities of Ixelles and Auderghem and close to the E411 as well as ULB. The neighborhood is well-served with shops (Carrefour and Delhaize), plus a bakery, butcher, restaurants, etc. The space we are renting to a young FEMALE student is the attic, fitted out as a bedroom plus office and dining area. The fully furnished room is independent, with its own private bathroom. Cleaning of the bathroom is handled by our housekeeper. Cleaning of the bedroom is the student's responsibility. The kitchen is freely accessible, as is part of our fridge (we have two) and several shelves. There is a laundromat on the next street over. We are looking for a young, non-smoking woman. The rent (€600) + charges (€50) (water, gas, electricity, internet, and cleaning of common areas and the bathroom + cleaning products), and the room is available immediately. Registration is not possible.
