On the 3rd floor of an old building in Tournai (1850) equipped with a fire alarm panel and fire doors. Cellar to put a bike or scooter (with padlock). Terms: €400/month rent including common charges (maintenance of the building, trustee fees), individual charges (water, electricity), internet (unlimited) and cleaning of common areas once a week. The amount of the rent is to be paid by bank transfer no later than the 5 of the month. A guarantee equivalent to 2 months' rent (800 €) is requested at most late for the day the lease is signed. An inventory will be made at the entrance and at the exit (fixed price of 50 € per document).
