Its access is separate from the living spaces as the apartment is a duplex. The large 28 m² kitchen (overlooking the gardens) is shared and includes reserved spaces in the cupboards and the fridge/freezer. The bathroom (with shower) is also shared, but everyone has their own sink either in their room or in one of the two bathrooms. The toilet is separate, located on the mezzanine level. Laundry room with washing machine. The carriage entrance provides space to store bicycles. Non-smoking. Located in Schaerbeek in a lovely neighborhood, close to Josaphat Park and public transport (Coteaux and Saint Servais stops, both with good connections to university, colleges, city center, and train stations). You will mostly be living with the homeowner’s daughter, who is a university student, and another student tenant. The homeowner and her daughter’s partner, a young self-employed artisan, live between Brussels and France and stay in the house periodically. Respect and trust are the house’s rules.
