Spacious room on the 1st floor of a characterful townhouse on the inner ring of Leuven (Tiensevest), 500m from the train station and within walking distance from Leuven city center. The room has an average ceiling height of 3.2m, with authentically preserved ceiling finishes. Modern lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows ensure the room is beautifully lit at any time of the day. The private bathroom is located on the third floor and is equipped with a sink, vanity, shower, and toilet. The room includes a spacious built-in closet, a double bed, a sofa, and a desk/table. Additionally, there is a breakfast corner (with a table with bar function, refrigerator, sink with draining area, and storage space). There is a bicycle storage area available on the ground floor. The shared kitchen is on the third floor and is shared with three other students. The communal kitchen features a refrigerator, induction hobs, exhaust hood, sink with draining area, and microwave oven, as well as a table with 4 dining chairs. This room is rented according to the “kotmadam” principle. In this particular situation, the landlords themselves live on the ground and first floors, and a total of 4 rooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are rented out. This room is located on the 1st floor and is directly adjacent to the landlords’ study (with their bedroom behind it). On the ground floor, there is a shared garage that serves as bicycle storage and waste depot. Although the tenants have their own rooms, sanitary facilities, and kitchen, the hallway and garage are shared with the landlords. Therefore, we are looking for students who want to enjoy this charming home together with us in a respectful manner. We offer quiet and luxurious rooms in a cozy neighborhood of Leuven, with Martelaren- and Ladeuzeplein just around the corner and, for example, also the Park Abbey 1.3km away for those who enjoy nature.
