Beautiful historic building with green kot label located in the quiet Bogaardenstraat in the centre of Leuven. A 3-minute walk from Ladeuzeplein and the University Library. The railway station is a 9-minute walk away, college De Valk a 6-minute walk. Within walking distance there is a Louis Delhaize and a Carrefour express. The property was completely renovated in 2014 and consists of 7 spacious rooms equipped with private sanitary facilities. The room was completely repainted and refurbished in 2021. A central ventilation system is in place so that all rooms and bathrooms are permanently ventilated. This kot is rented during the first semester because of an erasmus exchange. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A QUIET, CONSCIENTIOUS AND TIDY STUDENT. KOT PARTIES AND PARTIES IN THE COMMON PARTS ARE FORBIDDEN ! The room is equipped with a bed, large desk, spacious wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet, wc, and FAST internet connection. There is secure bicycle storage in the property. The kitchen is equipped with two combi microwave ovens, cooker and large fridge and separate freezer. The kitchen opens onto a courtyard equipped with a wooden table and bench which is pleasant to linger in nice weather. We work with the rental agreement of the housing service of KU Leuven. The room is located at the back, so there is no night noise.
