From September 2026: Newly finished student room with private bathroom

Very spacious room available in a new student house in the center of Leuven, within walking distance from the train station. In this house, three rooms are rented out according to the “kotmadam” principle. Therefore, we are looking for respectful and quiet students. Official residence registration is not allowed. The room offers a generous living area of no less than 45 m². It features a separate sleeping nook with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a spacious living area with a table and desk. There is also a lounge with a sofa. Three large Velux windows provide an abundance of natural light. The room is recently and high-quality finished and exudes a modern atmosphere, while retaining much of its charm thanks to the visible, authentic wooden support beams. The private bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. The shared kitchen is shared with two other students. Additionally, there is the option to safely store your bicycle indoors. The student rooms and the student kitchen are located on the second and third floors. On the ground floor, there is a room provided for a shared bicycle storage and waste area. Although tenants and landlords live on separate floors, the stairwell and bicycle storage are shared. We offer quiet and comfortable rooms in a pleasant neighborhood of Leuven, with the Martelarenplein and Ladeuzeplein close by and also the Park Abbey just 1.1 km away for those who enjoy nature.
