FOR STUDENTS ONLY! Students only – only 12-month rental – no official residency registration! Spacious, modern, newly built student room on the 1st floor in a student residence, close to the city center. 500m from the train station, 200m from the K Shopping Center, 300m from Proxi Delhaize. By bike, HoWest campus and UGent Kortrijk campus are 7 minutes away, Vibes campus 13 minutes, and KUL Kortrijk campus 11 minutes. Private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). Room fully furnished (desk, wardrobe, cupboard with fridge, bed (mattress not included, size 80x200)). The room has three large windows with plenty of natural light. There is an individual internet connection (subscription and router to be provided by the tenant for cybersecurity reasons). The walls are equipped with a hanging system for photos and frames. There is a spacious communal kitchen (with separate toilet) on the ground floor with ample storage for kitchen utensils (own pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.), food, three refrigerators and a freezer, stove, and two combi oven/microwaves, as well as an extra storage room, garbage room, and two bike storage areas (inside the building). There is also a large inner garden. Monthly rent is 495 euros + 70 euros for fixed charges (advance payment). If interested, please mention academic year / faculty / school!
