There is a rotation to keep the common areas clean; every 5 weeks it’s your turn. For students only and non-smokers. 10-month contract, from 15/09 to 15/07. Normal occupancy is from Sunday evening to Friday evening. Exceptions (e.g. staying during the weekend to study) are allowed by arrangement. The owner/landlord lives on the ground floor.
