If you want to study in peace, with a good internet connection via fiber optics, in a quiet neighborhood across from a park, and with a wonderful view over Ghent, then give a signal. All the students staying here are quiet types who take their studies seriously. If you're a party animal, then this room is not for you. There is a schedule for cleaning the common areas (shower, toilet, and kitchen), so you need to roll up your sleeves every 5 weeks. The usual occupancy is from Sunday evening to Friday evening. Exceptions are allowed with notification. The owner / landlord lives on the ground floor.
