Dit pas gerenoveerd gebouw (2021) bevindt zich in het historische centrum van Gent in een rustig gelegen straat en op wandelafstand van de Korenmarkt. De ruime kamers zijn telkens volledig ingericht met meubels. Zo is er een bureau met bureaustoel, een eettafel met stoel, een bijzettafel, een bed (eigen matras te voorzien) en een geïnstalleerde eigen keuken (koelkast, dampkap, microgolfoven, spoelbak en 2 kookplaten). Per drie kamers wordt er een badkamer gedeeld, deze badkamer is voorzien van een inloopdouche met glas, toilet en lavabomeubel. Verhuurperiode 1/9/2025 tot 31/8/2026. De gemeenschappelijke kosten voor EGW + internet bedragen een provisie van 50,00 euro/maand. Er is een gezamenlijke fietsenstalling voorzien. Geen domicilie mogelijk. Enkel voor studenten.
