Centrally located studio near colleges and faculties. Easily accessible by public transport (tram, train, bus). Because it is located on the edge of the old town center - the Middle Ages town -, the flat remains easily accessible by car, even in the new traffic plan, with ample parking in the street and the immediate vicinity. And with the closed bicycle shed, the bicycle of course remains a handy vehicle. The apartment building also has an inner courtyard for short-term parking, which is convenient for loading and unloading. Pleasant bright with white painted walls. The furniture provides cosiness, with the possibility to make something personal! A comfortable private kitchen (microwave + fridge) and a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) are not lacking! Attractively decorated! Through the photos you can see how different students put their own personality and atmosphere into the rooms over the years in my 3 identical student rooms with identical furniture. The studio has a folding single bed including mattress with bedside table, large bookcase, wardrobe, dining table with 2 chairs and desk. The furniture is inspected and (possibly) replaced after each rental. The studio is located in a student building, which means occupied by students, each with its own student room with private bathroom and kitchen. The building is quietly located in a very quiet one-way street and yet within walking or cycling distance of the 'student life' Elevator, locked bicycle parking, camera surveillance at the bicycle shed and at the entrance of the building. You have your own water and electricity meter. Possibility of fixed internet connection and cable TV, if you prefer this above wireless course. The building has its own containers: paper, glass and waste containers in the parking lot of the building. Smoking is not allowed inside the student room, neither pets.
