The studio is located in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the university hospital (UZ). It is a one-way street. The studio, as well as the terrace, are situated at the back of the street. Everything is present except for a TV. Garden furniture is also available. In the meantime, a corner sofa has been purchased as well. Someone could possibly stay overnight there. Furthermore, there is a single bed. Important to know: we only rent to students who will register their official address at the property. So, it is ideal for international students.
