We also speak English. - students home 'the dice', with garden and 5 rooms in the centre of Geel : 4 x 1p room 12 - 15,5m² (€ 300-320) + 1 x luxury room 24,5m² with living and study room & seperate bedroom (€ 365) - 2 fully equiped bathrooms (1 with bath and shower, 1 with shower and toilet, + separate toilet) - brand new (2019) fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, cooking stove and oven, fridge and freezer, and small electric equipment (microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, mixer...) and all necessary things like pots and pans, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery etc... - shared living room with couches and big table (magazines, cooking books and games, air hockey and darts board available) - 200m from the main Square and the weekly Tuesday market - bakery, supermarket, swimming pool... within walking distance 200m - non-resident landlord/owner, but with a warm heart for students - super max speed internet + wifi - garden with furniture and 2 parking lots - room prices €300-365/month, all in (no extra monthly costs!!), except for one-off town tax €80/year (yearly indexation for the benefit of the town government) - 10 months contract (or less if available) so no rent to pay in July and August, but with possibility to rent per week during summer holidays in case of re-examination - Our students home was ENTIRELY RENOVATED and entirely qualified/certified concerning legal living quality and fire safety. That's why we earned the 'TOPKOT' label from the controlling organizations like the Flemish government, the fire brigade and town government as well as from the university of Thomas More itself.
