Welcome to Van Maerlantstraat, a newly renovated building with charm! Your studio is located on the top floor of this historic building which you reach via a beautiful white staircase. On the mezzanine floor is your personal (yes private) bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the entrance area you also have space to store some coats and shoes. You enter the studio and immediately notice the beautiful authentic wooden floor. In the studio you have plenty of windows and natural light, a sink with hot and cold water, a bed of 160cm wide x 200cm long with slatted base and mattress, storage space for your clothes, a desk and desk chair. In the next open space you will find your sofa and your private kitchen with bar and 2 bar stools. Here you can cook and dine in peace because you have a combi-oven, an induction stove, a fridge and all the necessary equipment to cook a top meal. Last but not least, you may also use the common student-cave on floor -1 where you will find a multipurpose room and a common kitchen where the other 6 students living in this dorm will cook and get together. Living apart together, or something like that. :-) You can rent this studio from July. 1, 2024 until August 31, 2024. It comes fully furnished so you don't have to bring anything and drag it upstairs, what a convenience! Please note: this is for students only. Your fixed costs are "all-in" 100 EUR per month, which means you don't have to deal with settlements and bills. This includes gas, heating, water, electricity and internet. PS: The Green Kot label is in process.
