Hello! On Pieter van Hobokenstraat, an extension of Prinsstraat and Ossenmarkt, we currently have 8 rooms available for the upcoming academic year (2025/2026). All rooms have their own sinks and, where indicated, their own kitchenettes. All prices include gas, water, electricity, cable TV, internet, fire insurance, and municipal fees (waste tax) = ALL-IN! The house is very centrally located: 2-minute walk from the city campus of the University of Antwerp; 5 minutes to various colleges; 10 minutes to Central Station or city center (Meir). The building is a former office converted into student housing. About 21 people live in the house; a mix of Flemish and Dutch students who live together in a friendly atmosphere. Most of the socializing takes place in the large courtyard at the back of the house. In addition, there is a concierge on site, a cleaning lady for the common areas, and the building complies with all regulations (fire alarms/stairs).
