ROOM in a renovated townhouse, quietly located in the Markgrave District. The neighborhood is quiet but ideally located, within walking distance of a bakery, supermarket, public transport; tram, bus, and the Antwerp Zuid train station are all within walking distance. At 60 meters you will find the Hof Van Leysen park and the cozy café Kamiel, where there is also a “VELO-STATION” for rental bikes. Located right across from the KDG School Of Arts - Sint Lucas Antwerp and just 5 minutes by bike from the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp (AP). ROOM This room is for 1 person. This student room is divided into 2 spaces and consists of 2 rooms at the front of the house. The total area is 31 m², with most of it having a ceiling height of 2.95 m. The floors are old plank flooring; there is double glazing everywhere and central heating. This room is fully furnished. Area 1 of the room includes the bedroom. A Velux window provides plenty of light, but there is a blackout curtain so you can sleep well. A bed including new mattress, mattress protector and pillow, and a cozy small sofa are available. You also have a private washbasin in this room with a handy shelf above to store your personal toiletries. There is also your own Nespresso coffee machine in the room to wake up quietly. Area 2 of the room is located right next to the sleeping area. The furnishings there include a large desk, tall double wardrobe, a bookshelf and a large 3-seater sofa. Here too, a Velux window provides ample light. You have access to a shared bathroom (toilet, walk-in shower, and extra shared washbasin) and kitchen. Everything is provided, including all crockery and utensils. There is also a room with a rowing machine which you may use (shared). Both the room and the common areas were recently renovated and neatly finished (in 2024). Newly updated reliable WIFI throughout the house.
