We rent out 5 rooms in our renewed guesthouse near the Onze-Lieve-Vrouw hospital in Aalst in a very quiet street, within walking distance of the city center and the railway station. ATTENTION: it is not permitted to put your official address (domicile) at the address (ideal for students, internships etc.). Currently 2 studios available ( (660EUR, all in) and "Travel" (560EUR, all in). The "Music" room (560 EUR all in) is available as from 1 oct 2024. Consumption included (water, internet, electricity, heating and maintenance of common parts) subject to normal and reasonable use. Each room is fully furnished, with private bathroom and toilet, desk and desk chair, sitting area and lots of light. The whole house has recently been renovated with a comfortable, luxurious finish. This means a.o. a double bed with mattress, wifi, built-in airco/heating system, video intercom, etc. In addition, you may also use the common areas, including the garden where it is nice to stay (thanks to the garden furniture, barbecue...), the equipped kitchen (including dining table, microwave, fridge, oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, etc.), the sitting area (connected TV, playstation, darts, etc.) and the bicycle room. It is our intention to make you feel at home immediately, and we have renovated it in such a way that we would love to live here ourselves.
