Dear Student, Welcome to our student house, which is located in a privileged district of antwerpen. Near by you can find train and bus stops, banks, shops, schools, beauty studios etc. On the same street there is student attractive fitness studio & close by laundry room. The house is in short distance to the City Park, Museums, Opera, Theater, Cinema. The big shopping streets are in 10 to 15 min distance by bicycle. The house is renovated. Matching to all legal requirements of city antwerpen for student house regulations. Currently we have 3 rooms available. Every room has one or two big windows, fully furnished, in each room we have warm/cold water sink. Strong WiFi connection, central heating. We have also possibility to store your bicycle in the house. Price includes all costs: gas, water, internet, electricity, central heating, cleaning of common areas... Depend of the room size: per month 370 to 420 euro incl.
