- Never transfer money before signing a contract, receiving the keys, and meeting a landlord. Although this can be difficult when living outside of Belgium, please note that you are taking a risk.
- Trust your gut feeling. If something sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true! Please contact us if you are suspicious.
- Please take extra care with listings in English. Although these listings are probably easier for you to understand, scam activities are usually practices from abroad.
- Although we do our best to reject scammy listings, there could be something that we have missed. Please contact us if you are suspicious.
- We refund points when a listing is not OK.
