Bedroom + office + dining area and private bathroom for a student

My 23-year-old daughter (a psychology student at ULB) and myself live in a 180m² triplex with 2 bathrooms and 2 cats. We are offering a room of about 20m² in our house located in the beautiful commune of Watermael-Boitsfort, Place Keym, close to the Watermael-Boitsfort and Boondael train stations, as well as a tram line and several bus lines (17/41/95), plus the Metro line 5 nearby. We are right next to the communes of Ixelles and Auderghem and close to the E411 as well as the ULB. The neighborhood is well served by shops (Carrefour and Delhaize), bakery, butcher, restaurants, etc. The area we are renting to a young FEMALE student is the attic renovated as a bedroom + office. The fully furnished room is independent with its own private bathroom. The cleaning of the bathroom is handled by our cleaning lady. The cleaning of the bedroom is the responsibility of the student. The kitchen is freely accessible as well as part of our fridge (we have 2) and several shelves. There is a laundry salon in the parallel street. We are looking for a non-smoking person. The rent (€600) + charges (€50) (water, gas, electricity, internet, cleaning of common areas and the bathroom + cleaning products) and the room is available immediately, no possibility of official registration.
