Upstairs, a staircase leads you to your sleeping area, which consists of a brand new, high-quality 1.40m wide bed with linens, a bedside table, lamps, a rug, and small wall storage units. The floors are renovated, and the walls and cupboards have been completely repainted. A shower and a WC located on the landing are shared only with the student occupying the other studio. The owner and her child share the house, but students have their own living spaces with a private entrance and all the comfort needed to relax... We are looking for calm, serious, respectful people who value the privacy of everyone. This studio (kot) is not only located very close to Duden Park and Forest Park, which provide a pleasant, green environment, but it is also situated in a lively and friendly neighborhood of Forest. The area offers excellent pizzerias, restaurants, cafés, community and cultural centers, and beautiful walks ;) Metro, tram, bus, and bike lanes nearby make it easy to get around the different neighborhoods of Brussels.
