Dear Student, We offer a renovated dorm room in a student complex consisting of 13 units. All our rooms average 20m² in size. Multiple toilets and showers are available, along with 2 communal kitchens. Additionally, there is FREE street parking or you can use our bicycle storage facilities. We also provide a large communal space of over 50m² and ample outdoor space for undisturbed studying and relaxation. We use Telenet fiber internet for lightning-fast browsing. Weekly cleaning of the communal areas and kitchens is provided. If you are seeking a quiet and ideally located dorm room, you've come to the right place. Due to our exceptional location, it is also possible to rent from us if you're studying outside Mechelen. We are just 5 minutes from Nekkerspoel station, 2 minutes from the city center, and 7 minutes from Thomas More High school. All our rooms come furnished and equipped with a sink. Feel free to send us a message if you're interested. We only require a 1-month rental deposit!
