Spacious room on the 3rd floor of a charming townhouse on the inner ring of Leuven (), 500m from the station and within walking distance from Leuven center. The room has an average ceiling height of 3.2m, with authentic preserved ceiling finishes. Modern lighting and ceiling-high windows ensure that the room is beautifully lit at any time of day. The large windows are equipped with blinds that are remote controlled. The private bathroom is equipped with sink, cabinet, shower, and toilet. The room includes a spacious built-in closet, a double bed, a desk/table, and a breakfast nook (with a microwave oven, refrigerator, sink with draining area, and storage). Bikes can be stored on the ground floor. The common kitchen is located next to this duplex room, also on the top floor of the house. The communal kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction stove, fume hood, sink with dish drainer, and microwave as well as a table with 4 dining chairs. This room is rented out according to the "kotmadam" principle. In this particular situation, the landlords themselves live on the 1st and 2nd floors, and the rooms and student kitchen are rented out on the 3rd and 4th floors. On the ground floor there is a shared garage that serves as a bicycle storage and garbage storage area. Although tenants and landlords live on different floors, the garage as well as the hallway is shared.
