Spacious room on the 1st floor of a characterful townhouse on the inner ring of Leuven (Tiensevest), 500m from the station and within walking distance of Leuven city center. The room has an average ceiling height of 3.2m, with authentically preserved ceiling finishes. Modern lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows ensure the room is beautifully lit at any time of day. The private bathroom is located on the third floor and is equipped with a sink, cabinet, shower, and toilet. The room includes a large built-in closet, a double bed, a sofa, and a desk/table. There is also a breakfast corner (with a bar table, refrigerator, sink with drainer, and storage space). The communal kitchen is on the 3rd floor and is shared with three other tenants. The shared kitchen contains a refrigerator, induction hobs, extractor hood, sink with drainer, microwave oven, and a table with four dining chairs. This room is rented according to the "kotmadam" principle. In this particular situation, the landlords themselves live on the ground floor and the 1st floor, and a total of 4 rooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are rented out. This room is located on the 1st floor and is directly adjacent to the landlords' office (with behind it a guest bedroom). The landlords sleep with their two young children on the ground floor.
