Hello! My room is available for rent from December until the end of August. The starting month can be delayed. You also have the possibility to continue renting the room yourself next year, as I am graduating. Together with 4 other girls, I rent the top floor of a student housing building. The room comes with a shower, two toilets, and a small lounge area that is accessible to only the five of us. The kitchen is shared with the other residents (17 users including yourself). There is also a larger, well-insulated lounge/common area. We have a fridge upstairs, but you can also use the freezer and fridge in the kitchen. The desk, desk chair, Ikea cabinet, wardrobe, bed frame, and mattress will remain in the room. The mattress is 1.2 meters wide. This is an uncommon size, so a bedsheet can also be provided. The room also has a mezzanine. If you want more space downstairs, you can place your mattress up there as well. I use it as extra storage space.
