This bright 19m² room is located at the back on the third floor of an old townhouse. The building is inhabited by 8 other students and is situated in the quiet shopping pedestrian street above Hugo Boss. This house has a green kot label. The room comes with a single bed without a mattress, a desk, wardrobe, bedside table, and internet connection (wifi). There is a shared kitchen and there are 2 showers and 2 toilets, which only need to be shared with 6 other housemates. There is a covered bicycle parking nearby called Rector de Somerplein where you can store your bike. The room is rented at a total cost of €645 per month. This includes a rent price of €500 per month for the room and furniture. The general costs of €145 per month cover water, heating, electricity, internet, fire insurance, but exclude the city tax for students. Cleaning and maintenance of the common areas are included in this price. Cleaning and maintenance of the room itself are your own responsibility. Our rental contracts run for a period of 12 months (from 16 Sept 2026 to 15 Sept 2027). The room is only rented to students. It is not possible to register your official residence at this location.
