There is an individual internet connection (subscription and router to be provided by the tenant for cybersecurity reasons). The walls have a hanging system for photos and frames. There is a spacious shared kitchen (with separate toilet) on the ground floor with ample storage for kitchenware (your own pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.), food, three refrigerators and a freezer, stove, and two combi oven/microwaves, as well as an extra storage room, waste area, and two bicycle storages (inside the building).
