I will have 2 furnished rooms available in a shared house. The rents are €530 (room with private shower available from September 9th) and €520 (room available from October 4th). The rent is "ALL CHARGES INCLUDED" (water, electricity, gas - new boiler, high-speed wifi, new washing machine). A cleaning lady comes regularly to clean the common areas. Very good bedding. The gas and electricity comply with current legislation in Liège. Current housemates: Joyce, who will be taking an animal care course, Noémie and Yasmine, French engineering students, Sofian, a young butcher, Konark, an Indian student at the University of Liège, and Anouk, a German student of French language in Welkenraedt. Saint-Laurent district, 10 minutes on foot from Place Saint-Lambert, 9 minutes from Jonfosse, HEC or Liège-Carré station. Calm persons only.
