There is a separate meter for electricity and a private boiler for hot water. There is a large communal bicycle storage inside as well as a communal garden. The studio is easily accessible by tram and bus (both nearby) as well as by car (close to the highway). Gent Sint-Pieters station is only a few minutes by tram. There are also several shops, sandwich bars, night shops, etc. nearby. On top of the rent of €575 (per month), an advance of €60 (per month) is requested for electricity and water, as well as €20 (per month) for the internet.
