On the ground floor we find an open kitchen with dining area. There is also a toilet, storage room and cellar. On the first level we find the bright living room and the first bedroom as well as the communal bathroom. The second bedroom is located on the second level. Through this room we have access to the sunny terrace with a view on the 3 towers of Ghent. Thanks to a number of well-thought-out interventions, the house has the necessary light, such as the mezzanine that is spread over the ground level and the first floor. The aesthetic elements such as the concrete ceiling, the designer staircase and the mezzanine in the living space create a special atmosphere.
