Reason for Renting: I am renting out my kot because I am going on Erasmus and want to make the room available to another student during my stay abroad. It is conveniently located just 12 minutes from Gent-Sint-Pieters station, 11 minutes' walk to Campus Stropkaai (Artevelde AUAS) and 20 minutes' walk to Campus Kantienberg (Artevelde AUAS).
