There is lots of storage space and the comfortable sofa can easily be converted to a quality double bed. The 4-person table can be used as a desk as well. The building has 4 studios, only for students and fully equipped according to the latest regulations of the city of Ghent. Bicycles can be stored on the ground floor. In the basement you can sort your waste in the provided containers (glass, PMD, paper and rest). Once a week you need to put the waste outside. Each studio has its own set of bins and containers. All apartments are durable and furnished to a very high standard. The location is ideal for students at UGent (Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat) and Vlerick Business School: 1.7 km or 5 minutes by bike. Yet quietly located, but close to the city centre.
