Dear student, parent, Due to the immediate cessation of studies, a beautiful and spacious student room has become available in the historic center of Ghent. The price is 800 EUR, fully furnished with a private kitchen and shared bathroom. Rental period: from now (or 1/10/2026 if you prefer) until 31/8/2027. Viewings are possible (only after confirmation via direct message) on - Monday 21/9 at 3 pm - Wednesday 23/9 at 2 pm - Thursday 24/9 at 3 pm Please send a message to register for a viewing appointment so I can welcome you properly. More information: This newly renovated building (2021) is located in the historic center of Ghent, on a quiet street within walking distance of the Korenmarkt. The spacious rooms are fully furnished. There is a desk with chair, a dining table with chair, a side table, a bed (bring your own mattress), and a private fitted kitchen (refrigerator, extractor hood, microwave oven, sink, and two cooktops). Every two rooms share a bathroom, equipped with a walk-in glass shower, toilet, and washbasin unit. The communal charges for electricity, gas, water, and internet are a provision of 50.00 euros/month. A shared bicycle storage is provided. Residence registration is not possible. Students only.
