More info: This newly renovated building (2021) is located in the historic center of Ghent on a quiet street within walking distance of the Korenmarkt. The spacious rooms are fully furnished with furniture. There is a desk with a desk chair, a dining table with a chair, a side table, a bed (own mattress to be provided), and a fitted private kitchen (fridge, extractor hood, microwave, sink, and 2 cooktops). A bathroom is shared per two rooms; this bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with glass, toilet, and washbasin unit. The communal costs for utilities + internet amount to a provision of 50.00 euros/month. There is a shared bicycle storage area. No legal residence registration possible. Students only.
