De ruime kamer is volledig ingericht met meubels. Zo is er een bureau met bureaustoel, een eettafel met stoel, een bijzettafel, een bed (eigen matras te voorzien) en een geïnstalleerde eigen keuken (koelkast, dampkap, microgolfoven, spoelbak en 2 kookplaten). Per drie kamers wordt er een badkamer gedeeld, deze badkamer is voorzien van een inloopdouche met glas, toilet en lavabomeubel. Deze badkamer bevindt zich net naast de kamer. Er is ook een eigen privé koertje die bij de kamer hoort. De gemeenschappelijke kosten voor EGW + internet bedragen een provisie van 50,00 euro/maand. Geen domicilie mogelijk. Enkel voor studenten.
