Dit statig ruim herenhuis is ingericht voor 10 studenten en bezit alle comfort en nutsvoorzieningen (TV-kabel, internet). Elk kot is bemeubeld en heeft een kitchenette. Dit kot heeft een balkonnetje en een aparte badkamer (dit te delen met een andere kotstudent vh verdiep). Het kot bevind zich op de 2de verd. vooraan in een rustige straat. Fietsberging aanwezig, gemeenschapsruimte + stadstuintje voor onze kotstudenten. Conformiteitsattest dd. 9/12/2024; EPC : 99, label A (sept. 2022). Mooi verzorgd pand. Particuliere eigenaars vragen daarom ernstige studenten. Dit kot kwam nu pas vrij omdat de huurder besloot met vriendin een appartement te huren. Om privacyredenen tonen we geen foto’s van het kot.
