Very spacious student room in Evere in a shared apartment of 5. We're looking for a new roommate to complete our flatshare. There will be a total of 5 of us in a friendly, bright, and well-located shared apartment. We can't wait to meet you! The Accommodation In a beautiful single-family house on 3 levels, 1 spacious room of +/- 25m² for a student to rent, among a shared apartment with 5 roommates (currently 3 girls and 1 boy). Regarding the common spaces: Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, large living room, dining room, large bathroom with bathtub and shower, 30 m² courtyard. Neighborhood Life Very pleasant neighborhood in the center of Evere near the town hall, close to NATO, ring road Sports centers "Triton", "Basic Fit" and parks, with large shopping centers nearby (HyperCarrefour, Delhaize, Decathlon, etc…) and public transportation: 64, 65, 66, De Lijn R26 and R27 (towards Gare du Nord) and Evere train station THE ROOMMATES: We are all 4 new students in this flatshare of 5 that is starting from "0", with different backgrounds and profiles, boys or girls, it doesn't matter, that's what will make us strong. We will all get to know each other at the same time! No furniture in the private rooms, so bring your own things... Life in the Share House We like the common areas to be really tidy so everyone can enjoy the space, as there really is a lot. We also share our lives, joys, and worries. Profiles Wanted - Between 20-30 years old, student - Wants to share more than just a flat, enjoys a drink, a show, an evening together, or a good conversation… - Likes things to be clean - No pets Room On the 2nd floor: Very large front room (25m²) for 750€ including a flat fee of 100€/month per roommate for water, gas, electricity, high-speed Internet subscriptions, and cleaning of communal areas four times a year included in the common charges (with possible adjustment at end of the year). Available immediately!!! Please Note The apartment operates on a joint lease for 1 year, so make sure it suits you before committing. The student lease is annual, renewable, with no official residence in the property. The security deposit is 1,500€ Guarantors are required, having 2 would be a plus.
