The utility provisions are realistic, so that the final settlement won’t come as an unpleasant surprise. Internet is via an individual fiber subscription at a student rate. Upon renewal of the contract, the rent remains unchanged throughout the entire period of study or lease term (not even indexed). The building contains 6 residential units, all inhabited by quiet students and young professionals who still enjoy staying. There is a family-like, cozy atmosphere in the house, further encouraged by the offer of free group activities. There is an on-ground indoor bicycle storage area. The rental is handled directly by the owner, who lives on the same street and is always nearby for care and service for the tenants.
