Room in a house, shared bathroom and kitchen

Completely renovated building since 2015. Student house with 7 rooms. On each floor there is a toilet and shower, to be shared by two people. Common areas are cleaned by a cleaning team. All costs (internet, gas, electricity) are included. The room has a bed, a desk with a small cupboard, an office chair, a notice board, a sink, and a large wardrobe (see photos). There is no mattress present. There is a ceiling light and a small light above the mirror at the sink. There are a number of coat hooks next to the sink. I am subletting this room because I am going on an exchange myself. The start date of the rental is negotiable; at the latest, the rent starts on 1/02/2026, but it may possibly be earlier. The rental period runs until 31/8/2026 (not negotiable). I will not be returning to my room, so in negotiation with the landlord you can take over my room after that. Housemates are very nice, as are the landlords. If there are any problems, they are always solved very quickly. There are some international housemates, with communication in English. The landlords speak Dutch and English. Flemish model contract. 10-15 minutes' walk from UA city campus. The nearest supermarket is a two-minute walk away.
