Room in house, shared bathroom and kitchen

Completely renovated building since 2015. Student house with 7 rooms. On every floor there is a toilet and shower, which are shared by 2 people. Common areas are cleaned by a cleaning crew. All costs (internet, gas, electricity) are included. The room has a bed, a desk with a small cabinet, desk chair, pinboard, sink, and a large wardrobe (see photos). There is no mattress present. There is a ceiling light and a light above the mirror by the sink. Next to the sink are a few coat hooks. I am subletting this room because I am going on an exchange. The rental start date is negotiable; at the latest, the rent starts on 1/02/2026, but earlier is also possible. The rent runs until 31/8/2026 (non-negotiable). I am not returning to my room, so in negotiation with the landlord you can take over my room afterwards. The housemates are very nice, as are the landlords. If there are any problems, they are always resolved very quickly. There are a number of international housemates, with communication in English. The landlords speak Dutch and English. Flemish model contract. 10-15 minute walk from city campus UA. The nearest supermarket is a two minute walk away.
